An individual dietitian consultation involves assessing the nutritional adequacy of the client’s diet. Our dietitians determine the nutritional needs of the client based on their clinical and medical conditions. Our dietitians provide evidence based dietary advice, meal plans and education to clients and accompanying family members during the consultation. The dietitians liaise with the client’s general practitioner, nursing, pharmacy and other allied health to ensure a quality team healthcare. Our clients are supported with regular follow up to promote compliance and monitor progress.

Our dietitians believe that eating a healthy balanced diet, and undertaking regular physical activity, will help patients maintain a healthy weight, and may also contribute to the prevention and treatment of lifestyle diseases
